Our puff pastry is produced according to the “French Method”
where margarine or butter is put on to the basic dough before it is folded
in. The puff pastry can be filled in several manners with several fillings
of fruit, nuts or pudding. After being filled the puff pastry is folded
or rolled up and cut into a puff, a turnover, a square or into a bar.
