For small cakes we have developed a special product concept. In a little round baking tin we put a fruit, nut or a pudding filling on a base of pastry. After that the baking tin is filled with all different kinds of cake mixture. After the baking process we can finish the little cakes with different types of coating and decoration material. With this product concept we can produce a very diverse product range of different small cakes.
By adapting the cakes to different seasons and themes, additional sales can be realized. With regard to this idea we have developed the “Highlights”- concept.
